Where can I find the API key for integration with other systems?
The API key for integration with other systems can be found on this page.
It can be accessed by clicking the "Use" button.
When you open a new page, you can copy and use the API key in other systems.
If necessary, you can also create a new key and distinguish it with a different name.
Where to add MultiParcels and your own carriers?
Carriers can be added via this page.
With our integrations, you can use both your own direct contracts with carriers and our shipping quotes. You can also have a mix option - you can use one of your carriers and one of ours.
You can find all our delivery prices on our platform under Carriers.
In order to use MultiParcels Carriers, you must first order our contract. You can do this by clicking on the "Order" button.
Enter your company details:
BE SURE to read our Service Integration Rules and COD Rules, and review the Agreement.
Once you have read these documents, click "Confirm contract" . If you have entered all the information correctly you will be redirected to the payment page.
Change the language of this page if needed by pressing Language selector on the right corner.
With this payment, you sign the MultiParcels contract.
After payment you will be redirected back to the Carriers page where you can activate the MultiParcels Carriers.
To activate our contract carriers to the desired Carrier, click the "Enable" button.
To add your carrier contract, click "+Add" .
Once you have selected the carrier with whom you have a contract, click "Add +" .
To complete the addition, you need to enter the data requested by the Carrier. To do this, click on the "Edit" button next to the selected Carrier and enter the requested data and change the settings as required.
Where to add a Sender in the MultiParcels platform?
You can add your senders via the Address Book.
The Address Book can be found here.
You can create a new sender by clicking on the "Create an address" button .
Enter data in the fields and then press "Create" .
Once the data has been entered correctly, the sender appears in the list.
Woocommerce integration
If you are using the Woocommerce integration the Sender is added differently.
You can add a Sender to your Woocommerce store via Wordpress admin panel > Shipments > Settings > Sender details.
In this settings window, enter the Sender's details and click "Save changes".
Please select your preferred Sender's address before confirming your order.
Shopify integration
If you are using Shopify integration the Sender is added differently.
You can add a shipper in the Shopify Store Settings panel > Locations section.
Once on the page, click "Add Location" .
Enter the name and details of the Sender and click the "Save" button.
After adding a new Sender in the Shopify store, you need to update the list of shippers in the MultiShipping platform. You can do this in the Orders section by clicking the "Update" button.
Order confirmation and courier call
Before creating a shipping label, please check that you have made the correct binding for the shipping method you have specified on the website, for instructions on how to adjust the binding click here.
Once you have added a Sender, you can confirm the orders you have received under Orders.
Once you have selected your order, click "Dispatch".
All confirmed shipments can be found in the Shipments section by clicking on "Confirmed" .
You can call a courier by selecting the desired shipment and clicking on "Generate manifest and call courier" .
This will generate a manifest that looks something like this.
This document is required to call the courier.
You can also use this document to contact the Carrier Services in person to summon a courier.
How to enable the unlimited plan?
You can subscribe to the unlimited MultiDiunta plan via the Company page.
Before activating the Unlimited Plan, please enter your full Company or Legal Entity details below.
Once you have entered the company or legal entity details, click "Save" at the bottom.
Then scroll up and be sure to read our Privacy Policy and Service Integration Rules.
Once you have done so, check that you have done so and click "Enable" .
Congratulations! You have activated the MultiParcels Unlimited Plan. You can find the rates for the unlimited plan on this page.
