This lesson has several parts:

How do I get an API key?

  1. On our platform, go to the integrations and APIs section;

  2. Choose "use" for API Interface.

Here you will find your API key, which is needed during the integration. You will also be able to create a new API key.

You can also find documentation here if needed.

How do I find the MultiParcels plugin?

  1. Go to wp-admin -> plugins -> add new plugin;

  2. Search for word "Multisiuntos" or "Multiparcels";

  3. Click "Activate" next to our plugin.

We recommend that you enable automatic updates, as we have many of them.

How to complete the integration?

  1. Go to wp-admin -> shipments -> settings;

  2. In API key field, enter the API key you received in the first step;

  3. Scroll down and click "save changes".

How to identify pick-up locations?

  1. Go to wp-admin -> shipments -> settings;

  2. Click on the desired carrier to activate it,

Then choose "shipping zones":

You will be taken to wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping.

Choose "add zone", you will need:

  1. Enter the name of the delivery zone;

  2. Choose a region;

  3. Add delivery method.

The delivery method can be edited to suit you.

How do I change the sender information?

  1. Go to wp-admin -> shipments -> settings -> sender details;

  2. Here you can change the details of an existing sender or create a new sender.

If you have multiple senders, they will be visible on the order at the place of shipment and you can select the one you need:

How do I get a parcel sticker?

Go to wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Orders::

  1. Select the desired orders;

  2. Press"dispatch order";

  3. Once you're done, you'll be able to download the sticker.

It is worth knowing that in the pick-up delivery status "hand-to-hand" or "hand-to-hand", i.e. when a courier is due to arrive to pick up the consignment, it is necessary to call for the courier, as the courier is not called automatically.

To do this, go to our platform -> shipments -> 1. find the desired shipment, select it and 2. click on "Generate manifest and call courier".

You can find all available settings for our plugin by going to wp-admin -> shipments -> settings. Here you will find the sections:

  1. settings;

  2. checkout;

  3. carrier logos;

  4. sender details;

  5. automatic confirmation.
