COD for orders from your shop
You can easily enable COD for your orders.
Firstly, go to your orders page in the main menu on the MultiParcels platform.
Click on the Edit option near your order.
In the payment method tab you will be able to enable COD for your order.
📌 COD will be enabled not for one order only but for all the orders with the same payment method.
COD for shipments created via the MultiParcels platform
For every new shipment you create through the MultiParcels platform there is an easy way to enable Cash-on-Delivery (COD) service.
Firstly, you have to click Create a shipment button.
1. Select COD service and 2. Enter the value.
